Itinerary

8:00 AM – Hotel Pickup and Drive to Fumba Village Start your day with a scenic drive to Fumba, the Blue Safari’s main departure point. Your guide will welcome you and prepare you for the adventure ahead.
9:00 AM – Dhow Departure & Cruise through Menai Bay Board a traditional Swahili dhow and sail through the stunning Menai Bay. Enjoy the sea breeze and watch for playful dolphins along the way.
10:00 AM – Sandbank Stop for Swimming & Relaxation The dhow anchors near a dreamy white sandbank. Swim in the warm shallows, take beach photos, or relax under a shaded tent while sipping fresh coconut water.
11:00 AM – Snorkeling in Coral Gardens Head to one of the best snorkeling spots in Menai Bay. With gear provided, explore vibrant coral reefs teeming with tropical fish. Your guide will be nearby to assist and point out interesting marine life.
1:00 PM – Seafood BBQ Lunch on Kwale Island Dock on a picturesque island for a feast! Enjoy a freshly grilled seafood BBQ featuring lobster, fish, calamari, and more—served with rice, vegetables, and tropical fruits.
2:30 PM – Baobab Tree Visit & Island Exploration After lunch, take a short walk to see a giant 500-year-old baobab tree. Climb if you’re feeling adventurous, or simply enjoy the view.
3:30 PM – Leisure Time and Return Sail Spend the last part of your day lounging on the beach or swimming in the natural tidal lagoon before sailing back to Fumba.
4:30 PM – Return to Hotel Head back to your hotel with sandy feet, sun-kissed skin, and memories of an epic ocean day.
